We continue to safeguard you, your pets, and our team:

If you are sick we ask that you stay home and call your medical doctor. Then call us to find out what options we have for you and your pet. If you can find someone to bring your pet in, please inform us that you are ill and the name of the person bringing your pet in.

What we are Doing to keep you Safe:

  • Staff are disinfecting the clinic continuously.
  • Antibacterial soaps and hand sanitizers have been distributed throughout the clinic for our staff and you. 
  • Staff are required to stay home if they are ill and be symptom free for 72 hours.
  • Staff check pulse oxygen levels and temperature at the beginning of shifts.
  • Staff are wearing masks, gloves. Scrubs and jackets laundered daily.

What you can Do to keep us and other Clients Safe in the Clinic:

  •  Clients are REQUIRED to wear masks that come into the clinic. If you do not have one we will provide one for you (these will be laundered and in baggies. We also have masks available for you to take home if you need one.
  • We are NOT scheduling any house visit to protect our staff members.
  • APPOINTMENTS:  Watch for a link  in your appointment reminder and answer the questions for us.
    • When you arrive in the parking lot please stay in your car and call us (608-935-2306), then select 5. Tell us your name, appointment time, make and color of your car. 
  • PRESCRIPTIONS, FOOD or PRODUCT pick up:

        • We will call you back to verify directions, products and payment (if not already paid for).
  • SURGERY or DENTAL PROCEDURE: If your pet is scheduled for a surgical or dental procedure please watch for your Estimate in your email or appointment reminder. There will be a surgical link or a dental procedure link to fill out the release form online and sign. This form will email directly back to us when you submit. If you do not have a computer, tablet or cell phone, let us know and we will print it off when we come out to get a signature. Please call if you have questions. When you arrive please call us 608-935-2306 and press 5. We are continuing our car check in.

Steps to protect yourself and others:

  • Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds
  • Use hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol when water and soap are unavailable
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands
  • Avoid close contact with people who are sick and put more space between people, especially those who are at higher risk.
